Welcome to the second post in a series of promotions and bonuses surrounding the release of my debut Historical Fiction novel, AGAINST THE ODDS OF TRADITION, scheduled for Sunday, March 1, 2026. In case you missed last week’s post about this promotion for newsletter subscribers, and others on Meena’s Story and/or The Historical-Cultural Context, you will find links to all at the bottom of this post if you are reading or in the description if you are watching.

This first promotion is for subscribers to my monthly newsletter, That’s a Wrap! which drops in your inboxes on the last Saturday of every month. The November edition was sent on Saturday, November 29^th. Check your inboxes if you have not yet opened the newsletter email. That gave you, existing subscribers, a two-week head-start on qualifying to win a free, signed copy of AGAINST THE ODDS OF TRADITION after its release. So, start sending referrals today!

If you are not a subscriber, then please become one by December 31, 2025, to qualify for this promotion. It is very simple. Go to www.jatinderkoharki.com and complete the form on the Home page, the Fiction page, or the Newsletter page. All you need to provide is your name and email address and, voila! You are now a subscriber. If you were referred to the newsletter by someone, then please provide that person’s name and email address in the Message.

All subscribers as of December 31, 2025, will automatically qualify for this promotion. There will ultimately be five winners for this round whose first deadline will be March 31, 2026. To qualify for the next step in this round, an existing subscriber must refer at least ten new subscribers to the newsletter by March 31^st. Each new subscriber must submit the form on www.jatinderkoharki.com and provide the name and email address of the referring subscriber.

For the qualified subscriber to win, the ten newly referred subscribers must remain subscribers until June 30, 2026. This means, on June 30, 2026, at least ten of your referrals who subscribed by March 31^st are still active subscribers. For example, if you referred twelve new subscribers to the newsletter by March 31^st, but two unsubscribed by June 30^th, then you will still win a free, signed copy because ten of your referred subscribers are still active. So, start referring!

The first five subscribers to hit at least ten referrals by March 31^st will qualify for the second deadline of June 30^th. If you miss the March 31^st deadline, or if you did bring ten new subscribers by March 31^st but were not one of the first five subscribers to do so, then do not worry. There will be additional opportunities for subscribers to win free, signed copies in 2026. The five winners from this first round will be notified by July 7, 2026.
